- Join our expanding internal medicine practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
- This is a full-time, onsite role in Long Island, NY, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 09:00am to 05:00pm.
- The position requires providing primary care services in a collaborative environment with administrative and clinical support, utilizing electronic medical records.
- Conduct routine physical exams and comprehensive health assessments
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop individualized treatment and wellness plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Coordinate patient care with specialists as needed
- Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance
- Document encounters and manage care using electronic medical records
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing
- Active NYS NP license and Board Certification in Adult or Family Practice
- DEA Certification
- Experience in internal or primary care preferred
