- This position involves overseeing the operations of the Operating Room and Ambulatory Surgical Unit in a full-time capacity.
- Located in Yonkers, NY, the role requires managing nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards during weekday shifts.
- Utilize the nursing process for patient care evaluation and assessment.
- Demonstrate awareness of nursing skills and staff capabilities.
- Collaborate with health team members to enhance patient care quality.
- Promote customer satisfaction and act as a patient advocate.
- Support orientation and training of new personnel.
- Identify and address learning needs of nursing staff.
- Maintain adequate supplies and ensure equipment functionality.
