Job Summary

• Join our team as a Member Support Specialist, where you'll provide vital assistance to members with financial queries.
• This remote contract role requires flexibility, including weekend shifts.
• Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently using customer relationship management tools.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and address cases escalated by vendors or team members.
• Provide support and research for client inquiries.
• Identify and communicate user trends and feedback.
• Handle banking operations inquiries, including transactions and fraud claims.
• Ensure high-level customer service and support for escalations.
  
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 1 year of banking experience.
• Experience in customer service and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
