Work with vendors to manage network and telecom issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field or 5 years of IT support experience.
Strong operational, analytical, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of PC, printer, and network operations.
Proficiency in problem determination and resolution.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites.
