Serve as the subject matter expert for current and future IAM technologies.
Implement critical enhancements and bug fixes in IAM workflows.
Participate in IAM re-engineering and future technology implementations.
Build and enhance workflows and reporting for IAM systems.
Implement integrations and automation for IAM technologies.
Collaborate with various teams on projects and application integration.
Provide Tier 3 escalation support for IAM operations.
Key Responsibilities
Implement enhancements and bug fixes in IAM technologies.
