Join our HR team as a Human Resources Generalist supporting 2nd or 3rd shift operations. In this highly visible role, you'll partner directly with leaders and associates to drive recruiting, employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture. What You'll Do

• Partners with leaders to drive employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
• Serve as a trusted resource for associates and managers on HR programs, policies, and workplace matters.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a positive new-hire experience.
• Support employee relations activities, investigations, and performance management processes.
• Assist leaders with coaching, corrective actions, and employee development initiatives.
• Administer compensation, benefits, leave programs, and other HR processes.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR reporting requirements.
• Conduct exit interviews and identify trends to improve retention and engagement.
• Deliver training and support leaders in areas such as hiring, performance management, workplace conduct, and HR best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing, operations, or fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office applications, and data management tools, including Excel.
