Key Responsibilities
Define and implement long-term technical roadmaps and architectures.
Lead and mentor engineering teams, ensuring compliance with global standards.
Manage technical debt and optimize development budgets.
Collaborate with product teams to build achievable roadmaps.
Ensure AI-driven features are supported by secure and compliant architecture.
Qualifications
10 years of progressive experience in software engineering.
5 years managing mission-critical applications in a high-growth setting.
Expertise in secure, scalable cloud-native platforms.
Experience with large datasets and patient-facing applications.
Proven success in implementing SDLC within regulated environments.
