Key Responsibilities
Manage demand forecasting, purchasing, and inventory planning across channels.
Translate forecasts into production plans and purchase orders.
Collaborate with Finance on inventory investment and cash flow management.
Monitor in-stock performance and propose improvements.
Lead projects for new system implementations and retail readiness.
Qualifications
2 years of experience in strategy consulting, finance, or operations.
Interest in supply chain and operations; hands-on experience is a plus.
Experience in forecasting, supply planning, or operations projects is beneficial.
Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
