Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in debt collection practices.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience in collections, credit risk management, or related financial services.
At least 2 years of leadership experience in directing large-scale collections operations.
Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing strategies that balance delinquency reduction with customer experience.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
