Key Responsibilities
Provide both on-site and remote support for system installations, servicing, and repairs.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues for desktops, laptops, phones, and peripherals.
Identify and solve software issues related to operating systems and office applications.
Reimage and upgrade PCs to enhance user productivity and resolve technical issues.
Communicate effectively with users to address and document technical issues.
Qualifications
4-5 years of experience in desktop support.
Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.
Strong skills in operating system installation and support.
Basic networking troubleshooting capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
