Analyze employee data to produce metrics and recommendations.
Assist in internal and external communications and support HR projects.
Qualifications
Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment regulations.
Experience managing multiple priorities independently or in a team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity.
Advanced communication and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
