Description
- Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in commercial insurance processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to analyze business requirements.
- Design solutions and support the implementation of insurance policy and rating functionalities.
- Possess a deep understanding of policy lifecycle and rating engines.
- Participate in requirement workshops and solution design sessions.
- Support product modeling activities and create necessary documentation.
- Work in Agile delivery environments and coordinate with QA teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for insurance products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.
- Configure and support policy implementations and enhancements.
- Analyze and validate rating solutions and workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with insurance policy systems and rating frameworks.
- Domain knowledge in commercial insurance products such as Commercial Auto and General Liability.
- Experience in requirements elicitation and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
