Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our Risk Technology team.
This hybrid position based in Jersey City, NJ involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure data integrity and support risk initiatives.
Candidates should have experience with relational databases, data mapping, and data profiling, along with a solid understanding of credit risk processes.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements related to credit risk data and analytics.
Perform data mapping between source systems and target models, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Conduct data profiling to assess data quality and support remediation efforts.
Write complex queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from various databases.
Support the development and enhancement of credit risk models by providing high-quality data inputs.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, preferably in credit risk.
Strong proficiency in relational databases and experience working with large datasets.
Hands-on experience with data mapping, data profiling, and data quality tools.
Solid understanding of credit risk concepts, including exposure and risk-weighted assets.
