- We are seeking a dedicated Allergy Advanced Practice Provider to join our expanding outpatient team in Oneonta, NY.
- This full-time position requires varied weekday shifts and one weekend day per month.
- The ideal candidate should have experience or a strong interest in managing allergic and immunologic conditions, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with allergic and immunologic conditions.
- Conduct and interpret allergy testing.
- Administer and monitor allergen and oral immunotherapy.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients.
- Manage acute allergic reactions in an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical team for high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate documentation within electronic medical records.
- Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license.
- Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
- 1-2 years of allergy, immunology, or primary care experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Compassionate and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends.
