Full time position for Administrative/Closing Coordinator Assistant needed for fast paced very busy office. Looking for a Reliable, Enthusiastic, dedicated, friendly, take charge person; Must be computer literate, type 35 WPM minimum and familiar with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Duties include assisting closers with coordinating clients for scheduled closings. Multi-tasking abilities a must. Essential that you can work closely with others and independently. High Energy people person for outstanding customer service performance. Must be able to work Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8am to 5pm.
