What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair domestic and import vehicles
- Perform general repairs (brakes, suspension, maintenance), along with engine, transmission, and electrical work
- Troubleshoot drivability and electrical issues efficiently and accurately
- Maintain organized workflow and clear communication with the team
- Take ownership of your work while upholding quality and safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic ability (electrical experience required)
- Experience with engines and transmissions
- A dependable, professional technician who takes pride in doing the job right
- Team-oriented, but capable of working independently
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- ASE certifications are a plus
Compensation:
- Consistent workflow that supports steady hours and reliable earnings
- Commission-based pay structure with uncapped earning potential
- Most experienced technicians earn $5,800–$9,200 per month, depending on performance
- Pay increases with efficiency, skill, and quality of work
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays (as needed)
