Title: TABLEAU Consultant (Business Analyst)

Job Description:
Client is seeking a senior Requirements Manager for our Tableau platform to further the development, training of key stakeholders, and usage of the BI solution. The role would be responsible for developing business and technical requirements through consultation with key client stakeholders and ensuring adherence to corporate standards for risk and security compliance. The role requires undertaking functional evaluations through the development of relevant requirements; documentation of various initiatives to produce Functional Specifications (focus on interfaces migration) for approval by management.
This is an exciting, challenging and rewarding role for a dynamic senior technologist, who would be working on an exciting program.
The role would be working on the Business Management Services Transformation team, and would be responsible for the following items:
Senior stakeholder analysis and requirements engineering.
The gathering and distillation of requirements for the Tableau Workforce & Service Performance Management platform
Elicitation, analysis, documentation, support prioritization of, specifying, managing and communicating requirements, describing processes & use cases and propose improvements, ensuring a common understanding between Business/Stakeholders and IT/Project.
Capturing the requirements as they relate to both the user vision and the specific business and technical implementation requirements.
Contributing to a reduction of implementation risks by delivering high quality requirement specifications.
Supporting customer engagements through providing process and technical consultancy as an integral part of the requirements process
Required Skills:
Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into Requirements and Functional Specifications.
Strong knowledge of different database and ETL technologies
Skills in more than one BI related tool
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong customer management and influencing skills
Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to proactively interact professionally with a diverse group, stakeholders, managers, and subject matter experts.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to establish the design and strategy and analyze trade-offs between key requirements
Experience with SCRUM/Agile is a definite advantage.
