Job Description
Title: Sr.Tax Manager/Director
Location: NEWYORK, NY Short Hills, NJ
Type: Direct hire
Job requirement:
• Work directly with state auditors to resolve client audit issues
• Research technical state tax issues and document conclusions with detailed memorandum
• Supervise staff
• Work directly with clients to address state tax issues
Required qualification:
• CPA and/or JD
• Minimum 10-15 years multistate state and local tax experience
• Advanced knowledge of sales/use tax and income/franchise tax
• Public accounting/consulting experience
• State and local tax controversy experience
• Senior Management experience
