Responsibilities

- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using OpenTable or similar systems.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
Skills
- Strong math skills for handling transactions and managing bills accurately.
