What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rope Access Lvl II and lll position at MISTRAS Group?
MISTRAS Group is seeking an experienced Level II and Level III Rope Access Technician for work in Jacksonville, FL. Candidates will support industrial inspection and maintenance operations while utilizing rope access techniques in accordance with safety and industry standards. The Rope Access Technician will perform inspection, maintenance, and support activities while working at heights and in industrial environments.
Must have experience in mechanical, coatings, and blasting.

- Complete required documentation and safety reports
- Work closely with supervisors, inspectors, and project teams
- Work overtime, weekends, and varying shifts as project demands require
- Current SPRAT or IRATA Level II certification required for Level II opening
- Current SPRAT or IRATA Level III certification required for Level III opening
- Previous rope access experience required
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Previous industrial, refinery, petrochemical, or maintenance experience preferred
- NDT certifications (UT, MT, PT, VT, RT) are a plus
