Location: Shop based in Chesterfield, MO (Serving West County, Town and Country, Frontenac, St. Charles County and surrounding areas)

Schedule: Seasonal (October 19th through mid-January) with time off between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day.

Pay: Starting at $20 /hr (commensurate with experience) Performance bonuses paid before the holidays, and some bonus's given throughout the year

- Return Bonus paid on your first check of the following lighting season.

We are searching for one exceptional, driven individual to join our elite holiday lighting crew. This is not just a seasonal gig to pick up pocket cash - it is a launchpad into potential crew leader in future seasons.

We are looking for our next core operator. Hours near peak lighting season around Thanksgiving on can be longer, which means added benefit for you. Must have availability to work weekends, and late nights when peak season arrives.

The Non-Negotiables

• Promptness: Start time is 7:00 AM sharp at our Chesterfield shop every morning.
• Reliability: You show up ready to work, respect the team, and treat client properties like your own.
• Physical Grit: Capable of lifting 50 lbs, carrying ladders, totes of lighting, working outdoors in all winter weather, and maintaining high energy throughout the day.
• Height & Ladder Confidence: Comfortable working on ladders and roofs of all pitches.
• (Safety is our #1 priority; all gear, harnesses, and professional training are provided).
• Driver’s License / Transport: Valid driver’s license or reliable daily transportation to our shop (you will ride to job sites in company trucks—no wear and tear on your personal vehicle).

What You’ll Do

• Prep lighting inventory, wreaths, garlands, and decor at the shop.
• Execute clean, precise commercial and residential installations (wrapping trees, bushes, hanging roofline runs, setting timers).
• Maintain strict quality control: straight lines, symmetrical spacing, hidden cords, and zero property damage.
• Run ground or roofline power and thoroughly test displays before job completion.
• Use our CRM to clock in/out and manage job notes.
• Execute efficient, organized post-season teardown and inventory in January.

Ideal Candidates Have These Qualities:

• Lots of experience with jobs that involve climbing on roofs and tall ladders.
• General electrical knowledge helps
• Seasonal jobs as Roofers, Electricians, Siding Installers, Painters.
• Have worked in the premium holiday lighting industry before and knows installation techniques already adds higher pay once proven, but isn't 100% necessary.
