Base salary range plus generous sales commission.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in proactive outside sales efforts.
  • Manage and develop existing accounts through regular communication, product demonstrations, upselling, and providing exceptional customer service to foster loyalty.
  • Conduct comprehensive business development activities to expand market reach and increase sales volume in B2B (business-to-business) environments.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and technical sales presentations to showcase features and benefits tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  • Provide ongoing account management by addressing customer inquiries promptly, resolving issues proactively, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Detail sales meeting follow up.
  • Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales roles with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong business development capabilities with a focus on B2B sales strategies and territory expansion.
  • Skilled in negotiation techniques with a focus on creating win-win solutions for clients and the company.
  • Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities across diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel within designated territories regularly for face-to-face meetings and client visits.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
