Join our YMCA Youth Development Center team located inside Family Wellness in Mandan and CHANGE LIVES, INCLUDING YOURS.
As a Youth Development Center Teaching Assistant, you will nurture and educate children ages 3-5 in our licensed childcare and preschool center environment. This job is located at the Family Wellness facility at 2700 46th Ave SE in Mandan.

2. Curriculum Facilitation: Implementing age-appropriate curriculum and weekly lesson plans written by the classroom Teacher to support early childhood development.

7. Team Player: Actively participating in staff meetings, contributing your valuable insights and ideas.
Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm

Qualifications:We are seeking individuals who embody the YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. Prior experience working in an early childhood or educational setting is a plus. CPR & First Aid Certification and Child Abuse prevention training will be completed within 90 days of hire and are provided by the YMCA.
