As a Lead Engagement Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals who have already shown interest in our services. Your job is to connect with warm leads, build rapport quickly, identify client needs, and schedule appointments for our licensed advisors.
This is a fast-paced, high-activity position where your effort directly impacts your success and future earning potential.
Responsibilities Include:
Handling outbound warm leads — NO cold calling
Building strong first impressions with potential clients
Setting appointments for licensed insurance advisors
Managing high call volume and daily activity goals
Maintaining accurate client records and data entry
Coordinating follow-ups and ensuring a smooth client experience
Learning proven sales and communication techniques from top-performing professionals
