Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Guest Service Representative to join our team! Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer questions, make reservations, and provide information about hotel amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation services to enhance guest experiences.
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is a plus.
- Ability to remain energetic, approachable, and professional during all interactions.
- Hospitality or hotel experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
