- Engage with fans and energize the crowd during PaddleHeads games.
- Recruit contestants for on-field games and skits.
- Collaborate with the Promotions Manager to enhance the fan experience.
- Be friendly and outgoing to all fans.
- Attend pre-production meetings and assist with other tasks as needed

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Experience engaging with the public in a friendly and outgoing manner.
