Cash Handler
Job Title: Cash Counter Department: Accounting
Reports to: Accounting Manager Effective Date: May 27th 2025
Hours: 5pm-10pm game days Pay:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable event cash handler for the Baseball season.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide proper POS cash banks.
- Provide proper POS paperwork.
- Provide proper change banks for PaddleHeads Stadium POS
- Finalize game day transactions, including but not limited to verifying close of and counting all cash drawers.
- Reporting on discrepancies.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent money handling skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing, face pace walking
Event Cash Handling Specialist
Job Description
Reports to: Matt Ellis/ Heather Williams
The Missoula Paddleheads are actively seeking a reliable and responsible person to work our Home Games during our 2025 baseball season. This will be a part-time, seasonal, evening position.
Hours- 6pm until Last register closes- Approx. 10:30pm
Responsibilities include.
- Deposit bag intakes from concessions at the end of the night.
- Separating next games starting register amounts
- Checking in/ Responding to registers for any change needs.
Experience in cash handling is preferred.
