Essential Duties
The Culinary Arts Institute anticipates the need for part-time time-limited, non-tenure track positions teaching food and nutrition courses. Adjunct instructors may be needed to teach courses in both the kitchen lab environment, lecture classroom, and online.

- Provide high commitment to quality teaching in Nutrition.
- Commitment to maintaining prompt and regular communication with student population.
- Updating course materials as needed.
- Other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree – Nutrition, Dietetics, or Food Science
Preferred:
- RD, RDN preferred
- Experience teaching in nutrition, health science, or related field.
- Experience with community outreach

Instructors may teach up to two Nutrition courses per semester.
