What You’ll Do
- Assist with stadium preparation before and after home games, including setup, breakdown, and overall readiness.
- Work alongside the Operations team to ensure all areas of the stadium are clean, safe, and fully operational.
- Support game day operations, including guest services, ushering, ticket scanning, and assistance in premium or group seating areas as needed.
- Help coordinate pregame, in-game, and postgame operational needs.
- Troubleshoot and assist with issues related to seating, signage, concessions, and general facility operations.
- Assist with inventory control of stadium supplies and equipment.
- Help maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational standards throughout the ballpark.
- Provide administrative support to the Stadium Operations team, including reports and basic data tracking.
- Assist with postgame breakdown and cleanup.
- Support special events and non-game day activities at the stadium.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the Stadium Operations staff.
- You are reliable, hardworking, and comfortable being on your feet.
- You stay calm and focused in fast-paced, live-event environments.
- You work well as part of a team and communicate clearly.
- You take pride in preparation, problem-solving, and seeing a job through.

- Student or recent graduate interested in sports operations, facilities, or event management.

- Previous experience in sports, events, or stadium operations is a plus, but not required.

- Seasonal internship based at Trustmark Park in Pearl, Mississippi.
- Duration is approximately six months.
- Compensation is a $750 biweekly stipend.
