Who We’re Looking ForWe’re after someone who can sell — but also someone who loves being out where the people are. You don’t hide in an office. You’re the type who gets energized by chamber ribbon cuttings, school assemblies, and shaking hands at festivals. You can go from cold calls in the morning to walking in a parade by afternoon and still have enough energy to hype a group at a game that night. What You’ll Be Doing

• Sell the Swamp: Group outings, ticket packages, community partnerships — you’ll be the one filling the ballpark and The Southern Lights with schools, churches, businesses, and anyone else ready for fun.
• Everywhere, All the Time: Chamber lunches, ribbon cuttings, community events — you’ll be repping the Monsters across Central Mississippi and making sure people know who we are.
• Mascot Missions: Sometimes that means you’re rolling with our mascot to a school visit or fair. You’ll make sure the experience is bigger than just a photo op — it’s a memory.
• Build the Buzz: Make connections with schools, non-profits, and local leaders to find creative ways to tie the Monsters into everyday life.
• Game Day Hero: On game nights, you’ll be out with the people — high-fiving kids, checking on groups, and making sure everyone feels like they belong in the swamp.
• Community Storyteller: You’ll help write the story of how the Monsters matter in Mississippi — one handshake, one ribbon cutting, one group at a time.
