Dependable, Tech-savvy IT Support Technician Professional. This role is hands-on and people focused. The person in this position will be technical support for end users across our 12 senior living communities throughout the state, mainly traveling daily throughout Central & South Mississippi. Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and end-user support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues
- Assist with Microsoft Cloud Services, including Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), and SharePoint
- Perform user account management, permissions, and security group administration
- Support basic networking functions including switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity
- Document incidents, changes, and procedures clearly and accurately
- Assist with system updates, patching, backups, and security best practices
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and work with vendors or senior IT staff as needed
- Participate in on-call or after-hours support as required
