The duties and responsibilities of the Director of Maintenance are to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the maintenance department; executes routine tasks to maintain all building, machinery, equipment and property of the campus in good working condition in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations; ensures the facility and grounds are aesthetically pleasing to the community.
Preferred Qualifications
Management experience preferred. Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) certification.
Minimum Qualifications
High school graduate or GED; two years of general maintenance experience required. Ability to drive automobile.
