What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager Washington County Convention Center position at Mississippi Department of Employment Security?
Applicant is responsible for smooth planning and implementation of all events booked at the Washington County Convention Center, Expo Center, Warfield Point Park and other County facilities, ensuring that all required documentation and deposits are in place several days in advance of the scheduled event. Direct coordination of activities and oversight of logistical details to ensure facility is properly set-up prior to the event. Other duties include preparing presentations and internal and external communications; retrieving anddd distributing mail and faxes; operating and troubleshooting office equipment requistioning supplies, equipment and services for the Convention Center, Building and Grounds and Warfield Point Park;
mointoring and reporting on departmental budgets and preparations and submission of time reporting information for payroll.
