Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable Property Manager to handle full office property management. This is a purely office-based role (no multi-site portfolio) where you will manage all day-to-day administrative and operational tasks from our on-site office in Greenville, MS. You will be the main point of contact for tenants, vendors, and maintenance while ensuring smooth building operations.
Responsibilities
- Process work orders, purchase orders (POs), vendor invoices, and maintenance requests
- Maintain the property.
- Maintain accurate records in property management software
- Coordinate with contractors and on-site staff for repairs and upkeep
- Prepare monthly reports for ownership
- Monitor building compliance, safety, and cleanliness from the office
- Occasional short on-site walkthroughs within the single building as needed
Experience
- Proven at least 2 years of property management experienceadministrative roles
- Strong office administration and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with work orders, POs, and vendor coordination
- Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in a single-office environment
