The requirements for this position are as follows: High School Diploma or GED - A college degree is preferred but not required and must be willing to relocate. When a trainee is promoted, he or she could be promoted to manager of any branch of the company within the Mississippi / Louisiana area. Superior Work Ethic - Manager trainees must be driven towards the successful operation of a branch through a positive attitude, eagerness to acquire necessary knowlegdge and ability to achieve results. Applicants will be entering a year training program. Participant must have a good credit history.
