Performs highly responsible and complex secretarial and administrative duties associated with the FRP department. Employees of this classification are expected to exercise a high degree of independence.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
Maintains department/division records.
Provides high level technical support in areas such as project tracking, data base management and
coordination of administrative processes.
Assists in the development and maintenance of department records.
Performs a variety of office related functions
Coordinates conferences with consultants, developers, other outside agencies or companies, etc.,
including reserving meeting rooms, equipment, supplies, food as needed.
Desired Minimum Qualifications
Considerable experience with Microsoft office and be able to learn various databases.
