Responsibilities
- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
- Perform cleaning duties such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, sanitizing restrooms
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as dusting, mirror cleaning, and emptying trash can bins
- Restrooms cleaning and sanitizing
- Reporting maintenance, and repair needs to Supervisor
- Organize custodial closets and spaces
- Maintaining inventory supplies
- Replenish all paper towel, soap, and toilet paper dispensers
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields preferred
- Ability to handle solo or group cleaning
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Security Clearance or Twic Card sets you apart
- Must pass a National, and Local Background Clearance
- Strong communication skills
- Transportation Required
