Duties and Responsibilities:�Supervisory-level position accountable for administrative work involving professional social services, which encompasses the provision of case management services designed to strengthen, rehabilitate, and preserve individuals and/or families; and provide protection and care for children and vulnerable adults in need of supplementary, substitute care, or provide full-time intake services. Employee supervision includes hire recommendations; training; work planning, assignments, and review; and performance assessment, coaching, and progressive discipline. Supervision at this level also requires these employees to have the knowledge and skills to perform and review the work overseen.
Education and Experience: Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 4-7 years of experience.
