We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive the vision and execution of our channel platforms. This role ensures the delivery of high-value features and solutions by prioritizing team backlogs, aligning cross-team dependencies, and maintaining technical and conceptual integrity. The ideal candidate combines strong agile expertise, analytical skills, and user-focused insight to support business goals and enhance customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize user stories and manage team backlogs to streamline execution.
- Develop and refine product and iteration backlogs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide day-to-day direction to delivery teams and act as the key communication link with business stakeholders.
- Understand customer needs through end-user interviews, surveys, demos, and market research.
- Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to define priorities and ensure alignment across teams.
- Participate in product planning, vision refinement, and program backlog meetings.
- Lead quality control efforts and approve stories as complete based on acceptance criteria.
- Negotiate cross-team priorities and dependencies to support successful delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in project management or business analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodology and tools such as Azure Boards and Jira.
- Familiarity with the professional certification industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of user experience (UX) research and translating user needs into product requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with outstanding problem-solving abilities.
