Job Title: Marketing Product Analyst
Overview:
Join a dynamic marketing team as a Marketing Product Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns within a rapidly evolving Salesforce ecosystem. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support key initiatives such as retention, win-back, and political campaigns, ensuring seamless campaign delivery and enhanced customer engagement. Required Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing automation, campaign execution, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, and email testing
- Practical knowledge of A/B testing, quality assurance, and spam compliance in email marketing
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently using available resources
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and troubleshooting teams
- Experience with HubSpot is a major plus, especially in backup or integration scenarios
Nice to Have Skills:
- Basic SQL, Server-side Java, or audience segmentation experience
- Certification in Salesforce or HubSpot is advantageous but not required
- Familiarity with political marketing campaigns and rapid content/content audience adjustments
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2-5 years of relevant marketing automation experience, preferably with Salesforce and HubSpot platforms
