This role supports a broad range of office operations, security coordination activities, travel processes, reporting workflows, and leadership communications that enable mission execution across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities- Provide executive-level administrative support to leadership and key stakeholders
- Coordinate leadership calendars, meetings, taskings, and correspondence
- Facilitate industry engagement coordination and logistics
- Coordinate official travel and related documentation in accordance with government requirements
- Maintain office procedures, records management systems, and administrative tracking workflows
- Collect and prepare recurring activity reports and leadership updates
- Facilitate communication and information sharing across supported teams and stakeholder groups
Required:
- Minimum 3 years of executive assistant or administrative support experience in a secure government environment
- Experience supporting senior leadership
- Working knowledge of security coordination processes and administrative mission workflows
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-tempo operational environment
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Preferred:
- Associate's degree or higher in business administration, communications, or a related field
