Are you a motivated individual with a knack for hands-on work? We are seeking skilled Full-Time Manufacturing and Production Workers to join our team. If you enjoy a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment and take pride in ensuring products are prepared and shipped accurately and efficiently, we want you to be a part of our dedicated team!
How You'll Contribute
- Assist with various manufacturing and production tasks, including chopping, packing, picking products, and shipping.
- Operate equipment such as paper cutters, glue dot machines, and shipping/receiving equipment and tools.
- Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ensure products are manufactured, packed, and shipped according to company standards.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet quality requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of materials and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and workflow.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 35 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Ability to remain focused and on task while performing repetitive tasks.
