Lead controls, electrical, and reliability improvement efforts for a manufacturing operation, partnering with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, and Engineering teams to improve equipment safety, uptime, and performance.
How You'll Contribute
- Build effective working relationships with engineers, maintenance planners, process leads, and tradespeople.
- Participate in area safety initiatives and maintenance outage planning.
- Partner with Operations, Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering to resolve recurring equipment reliability issues.
- Support daily engineering and maintenance work-order activities with maintenance planners, supervisors, and engineering teams.
- Provide technical assistance to E/I technicians for maintenance repairs, runnability issues, and emergency repairs as needed.
- Help develop preventive maintenance procedures, craft training, and training materials.
- Develop and share expertise in machine, product, and process technology to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Participate in the site weekend duty rotation.
- Promote collaborative decision-making, open communication, constructive feedback, and a respectful, high-performing team environment.
- Balance safety, quality, productivity, cost, and employee relations while managing multiple priorities.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Thorough knowledge of PLCs and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
- Ability to troubleshoot complex control systems.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic components and systems.
- Knowledge of instrumentation and process controls.
- Ability to work as an electrician when needed, with strong mechanical aptitude.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, training, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and commitment to continuous technical development.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Compensation: $75,000β$145,000 annually, plus an annual incentive bonus. Pay within the range is based on individualized factors including knowledge, skills, and experience.
