Ideal candidates are competitive, quota-exceeding staffing sales professionals with strong B2B new-business development experience and a consultative approach. Leadership experience is a plus but not required.
How You'll Contribute
- Develop and execute local sales strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue
- Build and maintain long-term client partnerships through consultative, solution-oriented selling
- Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and on-site client visits
- Grow existing accounts by introducing additional staffing solutions and services
- Manage and grow a personal portfolio of accounts while contributing to overall branch performance
- Collaborate closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful client delivery and service execution
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and local market opportunities to inform sales strategy
- Contribute to a positive, high-performance branch culture through teamwork, accountability, and results orientation
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Minimum 2 years of proven outside B2B staffing sales experience
- Demonstrated success in new business development and consistent quota attainment or overachievement
- Strong prospecting, territory development, and client relationship management skills
- Experience selling staffing solutions to plant managers, HR leaders, or operations teams (strongly preferred)
- Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment
- Leadership or team oversight experience is a plus, but not required
