Mission Yogurt is seeking Bartenders for Greenleaf Kitchen and Cocktails located inside the John Wayne Airport. Known as a Southern California staple offering healthy, fast-casual cuisine, Greenleaf is a popular destination among travelers! The Bartender prepares and serves quality beverages, provides excellent guest service, maintains a clean bar area, and follows all safety and alcohol service guidelines while supporting a positive team environment.

What We Are Looking For:
- Candidates who possess at least one year of Bartending experience
- Delivers superior food and beverage service and maximizes customer satisfaction

Job-Specific Duties:
- Making alcoholic beverages by using the tools and equipment given to ensure portioning and quality are under control, as well as ensuring taste quality is up to company and customer standards
- Taking guests' drink orders at the dining room and/or bar counter and placing them in the POS system
- Delivering food and drink orders to customers
- Keeping the bar counter or assigned working area clean and organized. These areas include tables, chairs, trash cans, bar equipment, floors, walls, etc.
- Stock all products needed during the shift and at the end of it to ensure the next shift is set for success
- Offer the best service to guests and ensure guest satisfaction with great quality products and services
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Must be able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines
Physical Demands:
Position requires the ability to stand up to 12 hours, climbing, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, frequently lifting and/or moving up to 20 lbs., and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs.
