Mission Yogurt is seeking Front of House Team Members for Greenleaf Kitchen and Cocktails inside John Wayne Airport.

The FOH Team Member plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while handling cash transactions and various Front of House Responsibilities. This position requires a friendly, approachable attitude, an attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a team member, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, accurately processing payments, and ensuring the preparation of high-quality menu items to meet customer specifications. You will also contribute to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensures safety and security of both guests and team members.
Accurately handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system, making sure the drawer remains balanced throughout the shift.
Assesses work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, non-bias judgment
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
Address customer concerns and escalate to management if necessary.
Assist with other front-of-house tasks as needed, including taking orders, answering customer questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Clean and sanitize the cashier area regularly, especially during peak times and after customer transactions and assist with other small tasks as needed.
Restock supplies and ensure inventory is well-maintained.
Adheres to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Availability and willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Previous experience as a cashier, team member, or in customer service.
Prior experience with cash handling and credit card processing.
Must have basic food preparation skills or a willingness to learn.
PHYSICAL WORKING DEMANDS:
Position requires prolonged sitting, walking, standing, climbing, kneeling, twisting, repetitive use of hands, simple and power grasping with hands, pushing, pulling, reaching, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
