What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Nurse Aide position at Mission Valley Nursing and Transitional Care?
As a Certified Nurse Aide you’ll play an important role in helping our residents live with dignity, comfort, and purpose. You’ll provide hands-on support with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and mobility while creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
You’ll also be an important set of eyes and ears for the nursing team—monitoring residents, recording vital signs, and recognizing and reporting changes in their condition. The care and attention you provide each day can make a meaningful difference in a resident’s comfort, well-being, and overall experience.
Our team members are dedicated professionals who bring heart, integrity, and commitment to improving quality of life every day. At Wellsential Health, we believe caring for our team is just as important as caring for our residents. When our team members feel supported, valued, and well cared for, they can provide the highest level of care in return. If you’re looking for meaningful work where you can make a lasting impact, Wellsential Health is the place to grow your career and serve with purpose.
