Senior Associate – Compensation (Finance Team)
A leading global investment management firm is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join its Production Compensation team within Finance. This role plays a key part in supporting compensation processes for institutional and intermediary sales teams, while driving insights, accuracy, and operational improvements.
What you’ll do:
• Own end-to-end compensation processes (monthly, quarterly, annual) for production-based teams
• Analyze payout variances and provide clear, data-driven explanations to stakeholders
• Prepare trend analyses and forecasts to support senior management decision-making
• Record compensation-related financial transactions and assess P&L impact
• Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, Billing, HR, Technology, and Sales teams
• Contribute to system enhancements and process optimization initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and data quality
