Finance Vice President opening with a Boutique Private Equity Firm in Fairfield County, CT.
The role will report into the CFO and be responsible for all Corporate FP&A for the firm, as well as some Family Office/Compensation finance responsibilities.

Role Responsibilities:
• Build out expense reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Own the firm's annual budget and long-range financial plan, partnering closely with department heads across the organization
• Develop bottoms-up forecasts by fund, modeling both current and future vehicles
• Lead firmwide compensation tracking and analysis, partnering with the CFO and COO to standardize how compensation data is captured and reported
• Provide benchmarking support and analytics to inform compensation decisions
• Serve as a key business partner to the CEO, delivering recurring and ad hoc reporting and analysis to support decision-making
• Own the methodology for allocating costs and returns fairly across funds and investors
• Partner with the Fund Finance team on GP reporting to lenders, investors, and other stakeholders
• Support ad hoc family office finance needs for the founder — including personal financial reporting, coordination with outside wealth advisors and tax/legal counsel, and tracking of personal investments, trusts, and philanthropic entities
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
