Our client, a well-known Hedge Fund located in Midtown, NY, is looking for a Payroll Manager to join their Accounting team. This person will be responsible for leading payroll across all of the firm's offices which will include salaries, bonuses, and deferred compensation plans. The ideal candidate will come with at least ten years of prior payroll experience at a reputable hedge fund, and strong working knowledge of Workday.
Responsibilities Include:
- Executing payroll across several offices while complying with tax law, labor regulations, and statutory filing requirements
- Processing wires for complex payment structures including bonuses and deferred compensation
- Oversight and administration of the firm's 401(k) plan, including employer contribution matching
Requirements:
- At least ten years of Payroll management for an established and well-known hedge fund
- Advanced technical capabilities and previous experience in processing payroll in Workday
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary : $75 - $80
